This means we can take instructions and advise clients no matter which correctional centre they are in. The system is easy to use – we simply schedule an appointment 24 hours in advance and conduct interviews with clients over the internet.
This reduces your costs and there is no limit to the number of times that we can contact you.
Personal visits can be arranged and we attend clients at Silverwater, Parklea, Long Bay, Parramatta, Windsor (John Morony), Goulburn, Lithgow, Bathurst, Frank Baxter, Kariong, Mulawa, Emu Plains and Dillwynia Correctional Centres.

COURTS

KK Lawyers can represent you in Sydney and regional Local, District and Supreme Courts as well as matters that are before the High Court of Australia. We also appear in matters before the NSW State Parole Authority, NSW Crime Commission, the Australian Crime Commission, Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) and the Department of Fair Trading.
​We also appear in interstate courts.

We are on a number of panels with Legal Aid:

 If your application for Legal Aid is successful and your matter is assigned to us, Legal Aid NSW will pay for your legal costs.
